This is a melt in you mouth kind of good waffles recipe. You will want to keep eating them they are so good.
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form. Blend remaining ingredients in the blender until smooth. Fold blended mix into beaten egg white mixture.
Spray non-stick cooking spray onto a waffle iron. Then let the waffle iron do it’s magic!
Makes 8 squares the size of a piece of bread. You can freeze these low carb treats by layering wax paper in between each one and sticking them in a zip lock baggie. When ready to eat them you can just pop them into a toaster oven or toaster to thaw and heat.

1 Tablespoon “Just Whites”
1 cup cottage cheese
1 Tablespoon gluten flour
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons oat bran or wheat bran
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

2.1 net carbs when made with wheat bran per waffle
