Low Carb Pizza
I’ve been craving pizza! Oh how I wish I could just eat a whole pizza pie right now. And I could, don’t get me wrong, put a whole 14″ down all by myself.
Growing up I did do that actually, well all through college I did that. I’d get a whole 14″ cheese pizza to myself and it would be gone in a matter of minutes. I loved to dip into ranch dressing and cheese. Yea, so bad but so good. There is this small pizza chain back where I’m from that has the best of the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve had the deep dish in Chicago and the NY slice. Neither compare.
I’ve taken this recipe and created a low carb deep dish pizza. It’s not even close to tasting like the pizza I grew up eating but it will have to do for now since this recipe is only 6 net carbs per serving. I don’t even want to know what my carb intake was on the 14” cheese pizza I inhaled grew up eating.
Pre-heat oven to 375F
Beat cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add cream, parmesan and spice. Spray 13×9 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Put 2-cups pizza cheese in dish and pour egg mixture over. “Squish” around to mix. Bake at 375F degrees for 30-40 minutes or until well browned.
Revome pan from oven and cool. When you are ready to eat, spread on pizza sauce, sprinkle on mozzarella and layer with pepperoni (or whatever toppings you’d like).
Bake 10-12 minutes in a 375F degree oven until the toppings are bubbly and slightly brown.

4 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella, romano, parmesan)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzeralla
20 slices pepperoni
6 net carbs per serving
